El Embarcadero is the only restaurant in the Dominican Republic completely over the sea, a unique hidden gem on the country's coasts where you can taste seafood cuisine
El Chiringuito an elegant duality of beach and pool styles designed for the entire family, where you can enjoy a local and international selection of dishes
La Trattoria is located in Casa Club, a space surrounded by the gardens and characteristic colonial styles of Club Hemingway, ideal for tasting the most representative Italian recipes in the country.
Gaspar is the restaurant of the Casa Hemingway, it has a different tasting menu every weekend. This is also where breakfast will be served for guests staying at the hotel.
La Terraza idyllic beach location that has a fresh, up-to-date menu, with gastronomic corners that cover the most emblematic cuisines in the world
